All Guests must receive a complimentary color consult before booking their first color appointment.
Cancellation policy
Your time is valuable, as is ours. Please be sure to confirm all appointments via email when your appointment reminder is sent out. All appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please do so 24hrs in advance either by phone or email. If appointments are not cancelled before 24hrs you will be charged 50% of the salon services previously booked. No show/no call appointments will result in a full charge of the service booked as well as a 50% deposit on future appointments. Exceptions are made in the case of emergencies
